Uganda’s highlights in one luxury safari. Track rhinos on foot at Ziwa, take a boat to the foot of Murchison Falls, follow chimpanzees through Kibale Forest and spend an hour with mountain gorillas in Bwindi.
The trip finishes with two relaxed days on Lake Bunyonyi and includes community visits along the way. Travel is by safari Land Cruiser, with 4- and 5-star lodges throughout.

Meet and greet with our team at Entebbe Airport and transfer to the Best Western Entebbe. Dinner and overnight.
Head north towards Murchison Falls, enjoying a scenic drive through small towns and roadside markets via the Luwero Triangle, to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Lunch and check-in, then an afternoon rhino tracking safari on foot. Evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary Lodge.
After breakfast, continue to Murchison Falls National Park (about 5–6 hours), arriving at your lodge in time for lunch. Evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Entikko Safari Lodge (4-star).
Early coffee, then a 06:00 game drive in the northern sector of the park, where you can expect lions, giraffes, buffalo, elephants, antelopes and more, followed by a bush breakfast. Return to the lodge for lunch and a rest.
In the afternoon, take a 3-hour boat safari to the bottom of the falls, passing plenty of hippos and Nile crocodiles before getting up close to Murchison Falls itself. Dinner and overnight at Entikko Safari Lodge.
After a hearty breakfast, leave at 08:00 for Kibale, stopping briefly at the Top of the Falls to feel the power of the water up close and take photos. Continue on a scenic drive through the Albertine region and Hoima City, with a lunch stop in Hoima or Fort Portal (about 5 hours in total). Arrive at Kibale Forest in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Chimpundu Lodge (5-star).
Early breakfast, then at 07:30 head to the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) headquarters for your briefing before starting the chimpanzee trek, which can last 4–7 hours. Return to the lodge for lunch, then visit the Bigodi community and its women’s projects. Dinner and overnight at Chimpundu Lodge.
Leave at 08:00 for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest via Queen Elizabeth National Park, with a mid-morning launch cruise along the Kazinga Channel. After lunch, continue to Buhoma in Bwindi. Dinner and overnight at Trackers Lodge Buhoma (5-star).
Early breakfast, then head to the UWA headquarters for the 08:00 briefing and group allocation. The gorilla trek through Bwindi’s dense forest can take 4–8 hours. Once you find the mountain gorillas, you spend an hour in their company before trekking back, with a picnic lunch on the way. Back at the lodge, relax with a massage. Dinner and overnight at Trackers Lodge Buhoma.
A leisurely breakfast, then a community tour of the Ride 4 a Woman project in Buhoma, where you can meet local women from around Bwindi Forest and see some of their handicraft projects. Lunch at the lodge, then an afternoon by the pool overlooking the forest. Dinner and overnight at Trackers Lodge Buhoma.
After an early breakfast, drive through Bwindi Forest to Lake Bunyonyi, arriving in time for lunch at Arcadia Lodge (4-star). In the afternoon, take a boat ride around the lake’s islands and try ziplining across the water. Dinner and overnight at Arcadia Lodge.
A slow breakfast and a day at your own pace, with lunch at the lodge and an afternoon enjoying the sights and sounds of Lake Bunyonyi. Dinner and overnight at Arcadia Lodge.
Leave at 08:00 for Entebbe on a long but scenic drive through the rolling hills of Kigezi. Stop for lunch at the Igongo Cultural Centre in Mbarara and tour the Ankole Museum, then continue to Entebbe, arriving in the late evening. Dinner and overnight at the Best Western Entebbe.
After breakfast, your driver will take you to Entebbe Airport, just 10 minutes away, for your flight home.
